B.4.1 Overall Capability Details on the tools and resources in place and available to the City of Raleigh were provided by the City’s HMPC representatives and are summarized in Section 5 Capability Assessment. Based on that information and using the scoring methodology detailed in that section, Raleigh has an overall capability rating of High.
