TRANSPORTATION You will meet your driver outside of customs, where they will be holding a sign featuring the trip logo. Once you’ve connected, your driver will assist with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sit back and enjoy the short 20-minute drive to the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, taking in the island’s warm breezes and ocean views along the way. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS All travelers flying to Aruba must present a valid U.S. passport at check-in. Your passport must be valid for your stay and at least six months beyond your return date. Non-U.S. citizens should check with their local consulate or embassy for entry requirements and ensure they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., visa, green card, etc.). For Friday’s business meetings, casual dress is recommended with light, comfortable fabrics perfect for the island breeze. For evening events, resort casual is the way to go. Men can wear shorts or lightweight pants with a polo or button-down shirt, while ladies can opt for breezy dresses, skirts, or chic resort wear. The final dinner will take place on the beach, so plan your clothing and footwear accordingly.
