This month’s safety win doubles as an “Atta-Boy”:
“Team,
The intent of the email is to show appreciation to Droop for what a great example his for the company and the hard work he performed in the St George Office this week. Not only is he a great guy to be around, but he works hard, and has a focused intent to the concern of safety. While going about his duties, he noticed an unsafe feature in our shop in the upstairs room. He stopped what he was doing, gathered materials necessary, and constructed a pony wall as an addition to what could have at any time been a serious fall affecting any one of our employees. Many of which he hardly knows.
