Add plants to purify the air, items that may bring light to dark areas and may invite harmony to your work place. All of these techniques will help the physical and mental well being of all who work there.

Stepping Football!! Please let your Wellness Champion know if you are interested in participating in a new Step Challenge! In this challenge we play on teams and our steps make the yardage gained for our team! It will be a tournament in which we eliminate other teams and move up the bracket to a final championship. The Prize will be a trophy and the champions get to keep it for a year till next championship in 2019!
