After almost three decades in the making, this announcement is worth repeating!

Of course, it takes a lot of land to grow that many cattle. Assembling the land necessary was a fun part of the project. Riverbend Ranch now consists of over 290,000 acres of pristine farms and high-elevation ranchland throughout Montana, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. We even have 13,000 acres in Hawaii. But that’s another story.
Howdy, neighbor!
Belinda and I started Riverbend Ranch 27 years ago with the idea that someday we would be able to market superior Angus beef in large quantities to the world. It has taken us almost three decades, but that dream has now come true. We started out purchasing some of the very best Angus cows in the nation. Many of them cost over $100,000 each. One (HPCA Surefire P245) cost $500,000! These are not ordinary Angus cows! The genetics of these cows are exceptional! They are so expensive because of their ability to produce the tastiest, most tender beef in the world. Over the past 27 years, we have combed the entire Angus breed and purchased several hundred of them, one at a time, totaling millions of dollars. Of course, we did not eat them! They are the breeding stock! They had babies. And their babies had babies, and so forth. And now we have several thousand of them. We now have an extremely high-quality herd of over 62,000 cows, bulls, calves, yearlings, and so on.
And we just finished construction of the
210,000-square-foot state-of- the-art Riverbend Ranch beef- processing facility! It is located
available in the United States, Riverbend Ranch Black Label cattle are never raised with added growth hormones or antibiotics. Not ever! That makes this beef much healthier for your family. Our calves are raised by their own mothers in pristine mountain meadows in the Northwest United States. And they are managed with humane practices that exceed the standards of many US ranches. In the beginning, our beef offering will be subscription only. You can subscribe now to get ahead of the rush. Go to
right on the ranch, and we believe that we now have the nation’s only large, fully integrated cattle operation. It has taken us 27 years to get here! But now we’re ready! And I am thrilled to announce Riverbend Ranch Black Label Beef as an addition to Melaleuca’s extensive wellness product line! There is nothing like Riverbend Ranch Black Label Beef in the world! And we offer it only to Melaleuca Members. Meat of this quality is not available

We are in a very unique position in the marketplace. No other ranch has a meat-processing facility like ours. And no meat-processing facility owns a ranch that actually raises the cattle, nor do they own the farms that grow the feed for the cattle. We do! And, of course, in Melaleuca style, it’s all paid for. That means we can offer beef at a very competitive price! So go to Melaleuca.com/RiverbendRanch and place your subscription. There you can learn more about Riverbend Ranch Black Label Beef and about USDA Prime, hormones, antibiotics, and humane animal treatment. It’s yet another way Melaleuca can help add years to your life and life to your years. So, in traditional cowboy style, let me holler, “Yahoo!” It’s been 27 years! And we’re finally ready to go! I can’t wait to hear what you think about Riverbend Ranch Black Label Beef !
them in a position to control the entire marketplace. And they do indeed control everything! They control what the rancher gets paid. They control wholesale prices, retail prices, quantity, quality, distribution—everything! It’s quite a monopoly shared by just four companies. So, if you eat beef, and almost everyone does, it’s important for you to note that there’s another beef processor in town. And that’s Melaleuca! Riverbend Ranch is now a division of Melaleuca. It’s taken us 27 years, but we now have all the pieces that make us the only sizeable outfit in the entire United States to have a completely vertically integrated beef operation. That means we control the entire process, beginning with genetics, herd management, and so on. This allows us to control the entire supply chain from start to finish, including the development of the animal every day of its entire life, plus raising the feed that is fed to the animal, the actual harvesting of the animal, and the processing of the beef. This allows us to offer a product that is far superior to any of our competitors. And we can offer a much better price. There is a huge market out there for premium meat at a reasonable price. It will be a great enrollment tool for new customers.
Melaleuca.com and click on Riverbend Ranch. You will be taken to a selection of various bundles that you can receive monthly or every other month. Given the quality of this beef, you will be surprised at the low price. It costs a fraction of what other beef of lower quality is sold for on the internet. The

reason we can offer exceptional prices is because of our business model. We cut out the middleman! If you know anything about beef, then you know that for the last several decades the market has been controlled by four behemoth companies: Tyson Foods, JBS, Cargill, and National Beef Packing Company. These four companies control approximately 85% of all beef processed in the United States. This puts

MAKE THE CRITICAL ACTIVITY BONUS PART OF YOUR GOALS If you set a goal to earn the Critical Activity Bonus every month, you’ll change a lot of things for the better in a short amount of time. • You’ll stay consistent • You’ll increase your other monthly bonuses • You’ll advance faster • You’ll grow your repeat income Remember what I said about navigating the Gobi Desert? Earning the Critical Activity Bonus each month could be that clear landmark on the horizon. Director 4 Jennifer Lapp is doing it. Take a look at what she says. “The Critical Activity Bonus makes a big difference in my monthly Melaleuca check! I am so grateful for this extra income, especially after some bad surprises last year, like a burst appendix and blown car motor. “My goal to earn the Critical Activity Bonus gives me a clear checklist for what I want to accomplish each month. And I’ve been redoubling my efforts to encourage my team to push through and reach Director 3. I want them to earn this significant bonus too!”
1 Get clear about what you One of the reasons you may feel like your life isn’t changing fast enough or heading in the direction you want is that you haven’t gotten specific enough about what you want. If you’re not specific about what you want, you won’t know what actions want your life to look like one year and five years from now. you need to take. And sometimes we set our goals so small we hardly need to commit to them at all. You should know why you are making the effort to grow your Melaleuca business. Are the goals you’ve set suitable for turning that why into reality? If they don’t inspire you to do everything you can to achieve them, they aren’t clear enough—and then they won’t change your life enough. Remember, any goal that has the power to change your life will require commitment, discipline, and sacrifice to achieve. Of course, you don’t have to achieve it all on your own. Find an accountability partner who can hold you to that goal! Say your goal is to save a certain amount of money from your paycheck each month to increase your cash reserves. That’s tough, right? Increasing your cash reserves isn’t sexy. That’s when you need an accountability partner. They could be a family member or a friend. They could be a financial planner. Having them hold you accountable will get you out of your comfort zone. As a result, you’ll have a completely different life.
The Gobi Desert is a vast stretch of dry, cold sand dunes and brushland spread out across southern Mongolia and northern China. It’s one of the most remote, isolated areas in the world. Imagine being dropped into the middle of the Gobi and having to start walking with nothing on the horizon to guide you! Chances are that even though you think you would be walking in a straight line, you'd likely be walking in one big circle. But what if you had a clear landmark on the horizon to walk toward—a point you dearly wanted to reach? How much distance could you cover then? Setting and achieving goals is no different. You need a clear landmark in the distance to guide each step you take. If you stay focused on that landmark, you’ll never lose your way! Here’s a simple goal-setting, goal-achieving formula I invite you to try out. Take these actions, and I promise you’ll finish this year well ahead of where you started, having passed many milestones and progressed further along your path to your big goals.

have 72 hours left. So the question is this: how will you use those hours? I’ve got a little challenge for you: track how you spend your time for the next 24 hours. Here’s what I think you’ll find. There will be big chunks of time you’ll have spent sleeping, shopping, working, commuting, and so on. But you’ll also have a bunch of time that you won’t know how to categorize. Call it “slush” time or “I don’t know what I was doing” time. Now, here is a big moment of truth for all of us. There’s a wonderful little feature on many phones that tells you how many hours you spent on your screen each day. Some months ago, I was spending a lot of time on my phone, including playing
online Scrabble. Then I received my screen time report, and—I kid you not—I was averaging four hours a day on my phone! I thought, What am I doing on my phone for four hours a day ? Some of that was productive time, I’m sure, but the rest? Needless to say, I made some changes to reduce my daily screen time. Calculating what you spend your time doing each day can be a wonderful moment of truth for you. As the saying goes, if you want to know what’s important in your life, just look at how you spend your time. How you spend your time becomes your identity, and your identity determines your well-being. When you allow your time to slip away,
Take a minute to think about Melaleuca’s groundbreaking Mission Statement: to enhance the lives of those we touch by helping people reach their goals. SM Staying accountable is one of the secrets to reaching those goals! 2 Use your calendar to prioritize your time so you’re always moving toward your goal. I’ve got some math for you. We all know there are 365 days in a year. And, believe it or not, you have 168 hours in a week. So where does all the time go? If you work 40 hours a week, subtract that out. If you sleep 8 hours a night, that’s 56 hours a week. Subtract that out too. You

Here’s what that might look like: If your goal is to lose some weight and exercise more, you may need a personal trainer. That’s a big investment, right? Well, for me, the value pays for itself. If I didn’t have my personal trainer holding me accountable, I would just sleep in. But I get up every morning because I know Sam is waiting for me. If I don’t show up, I’m letting him down. So what does that mean for you? You don’t necessarily need a personal trainer. You may be joining a group that needs you to be there every single Wednesday night. Someone is holding you accountable! Are you going to let them down? 3 Set aside time every week and month to stay on track. This next tip is all about scheduling time for yourself. And guess what—I’m talking about Friday. Friday is actually a phenomenal time for planning, especially Friday afternoon. At work, there aren’t a lot of new tasks popping up. This can be some of your most productive time of the week. My challenge to you is this: block out four hours every Friday afternoon. Use that time to look back on your week and all the notes you have. Follow up on meetings, conversations, and things you promised someone you’d do. Then get your calendar out and plan the week ahead. Focus on your Melaleuca business, career, relationships, and yourself and your goals. Say you look at your week ahead and see that you have a Melaleuca in-home scheduled for Wednesday. Tuesday, however, is jam-packed with other stuff. The kids have soccer games. You have a church activity. All that means is that you need to schedule time on Monday to prepare for your in-home on Wednesday. By taking time to plan on Friday afternoon, you escape that cycle of working late to get it all done the night before. Sound familiar?
TAKE A “FLIGHT DAY” All right, so you’re using your Friday
afternoons to prepare for the week ahead. Now I want to give you one last challenge: set aside one full day every month just for you. Jeremy Utley is a friend of mine. He’s a professor at the Stanford School of Design. He once shared a story about taking his daughters on a flight from Texas to California so they could stay with his in-laws. He actually found himself looking forward to that long day of flying to California and back. He’d have hours of focused time to get things done. Unsurprisingly, that flight day wasn’t tiring; it was invigorating! Now Jeremy schedules one day per month completely clear of any meetings. It’s just planning time—thinking time. He’s not actually taking a flight. But on his calendar he calls it a “flight day.” He protects that time. And you can do the same. So my final challenge to you is to set aside one weekday per month as your “flight day.” Put it on your calendar. Keep that time free. You’ll find that it’s liberating. It’s empowering. It will help you stay in control of your calendar instead of your calendar being in control of you. WHERE WILL YOU BE A YEAR FROM NOW? Remember: first build the life you want, and the time will fall into place. Instead of just having the same goal on a loop year after year, this is your chance to move forward. Set a goal that requires discipline. Get that accountability partner. Treat Friday afternoon as precious planning time and put that once-a-month “flight day” on the calendar. Try it for 90 days— then report back to me. It’s a simple formula. But I guarantee that if you embrace it, you’ll look back a year from now and be amazed at everything you’ve been able to change.
you start losing that identity, which impacts your well-being. After a while, you might look up and ask, “What is it that I love to do again?” ACCOUNTABILITY HELPS YOU USE YOUR TIME EFFECTIVELY My point is that if you first build the life you want, the time will fall into place. It’s a shift that’s both simple and profound. Are you ready to take this step with me? I guarantee it’ll change your life. First, set a goal that requires discipline and gets you out of your comfort zone. Make a commitment to yourself to achieve this goal—but get someone else to hold you accountable.

DANGERS AHEAD TO HELP THOSE YOU LOVE AVOID THEM FEATURE
It only takes a glance at the headlines to see that the road ahead is filled with grim warning signs. Almost everyone is dealing with some sort of challenge keeping them from living their best life. Focusing on the doom and gloom that we can’t control only induces unhealthy anxiety—but there is a lot that we can control. As a Melaleuca Marketing Executive, you can help not only yourself and your family but also your friends, your neighbors, and the contacts you make every day. The key is to learn the facts so you can provide help for the problems that so many are facing. In the US, some major health and financial trends have been heading in the wrong direction for years. According to World Health Organization data, our healthy life expectancy, or the number of years we can expect to live without disease or disability, is decreasing. In fact, the US is the only developed country in the world experiencing such a decrease. 1 The impact of worsening wellness is being felt everywhere—though many can’t put their finger on the reasons why. Millions are struggling to maintain the level of health they want. Millions more are searching for more financial security. They’re worried about what the future will look like for themselves and their families—but they don’t know where to turn for help that can make a lasting difference. Our responsibility is simple: share Melaleuca. The headlines may look worrisome, and they are! Use them as a wake-up call! At Melaleuca, we’re uniquely positioned with real, time-tested, proven help. ONLY 20% OF AMERICANS MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR GOOD CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH 2 What are those requirements? They include healthy cholesterol levels, healthy blood pressure, and healthy blood glucose levels as well as staying physically active, eating a healthy diet, and maintaining a healthy weight. Many Americans are working to improve one or several of these critical health factors. But only 20% of Americans are doing well in all of them! It’s no surprise then that cardiovascular diseases affect nearly half of American adults!
40% OF AMERICANS ARE NOW CONSIDERED OBESE, AND WE’LL HIT 50% BY 2030 3 There’s no question: obesity is a primary indicator of major health issues. Why are so many Americans affected? There are a lot of factors. And it’s possible that the system is stacked against us. Our schedules are fast paced. We constantly combat stress. We’re eating on the run, which means more processed foods high in fat, sodium, and simple carbohydrates and low in healthy nutrients. Willpower and resolve are musts for effective weight management, but they’ve got to be paired with healthier habits. Obesity is one of the most visible ways the body manifests a whole host of underlying health conditions. It’s no wonder obesity is linked to rising medical expenses. According to estimates from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the annual medical cost of obesity was almost $173 billion in 2019. The obese spent $1,861 more in medical costs than those with healthy weight. 4

MORE TEENS FEARED TO BE ON THE PATH TO DIABETES
By 2060, as many as 220,000 people who are teenagers right now are projected to develop type 2 diabetes. That would represent a nearly eight-fold increase, according to a research team that included scientists from the CDC. Even if the rate of new diabetes diagnoses among young people stays unchanged, type 2 diabetes cases could increase nearly 70%. 5 NEARLY 1/3 OF US ARE GETTING LESS THAN FIVE HOURS OF SLEEP A NIGHT We’re having trouble getting enough sleep, and it’s having a profoundly negative effect on our health.

Deficiency in either magnesium or vitamin D is associated with an impaired immune system, as well as other various other disorders, including skeletal deformities, cardiovascular diseases, and metabolic syndrome. 8 FEELING DISCONNECTED SOCIALLY ASSOCIATED WITH AN INCREASED RISK OF HEART ATTACK AND STROKE Feeling lonely and isolated is causing health problems in North America and around the world. “More than 30% of US adults have what’s known as chronic sleep debt, defined as the difference between sleep duration on days off work compared to working days,” writes Healthline. “This is due in part to staying up later than average on weekend nights.” 6 “Getting less than five hours of sleep in mid- to-late life could be linked to an increased risk of developing at least two chronic diseases,” reports Science Daily. 7 Adults should regularly get 7–8 hours of restful sleep per night. Ideally, your sleep/ wake cycle should be uninterrupted and extremely predictable, corresponding with natural daylight cycles, and you should be sleeping and waking at nearly the same time day in and day out. Adequate sleep provides you with far more benefits than can be listed here. Conversely, sleep deprivation can lead to an equally long list of health problems. Inflation, housing, gas prices, and food prices have been on a roller coaster ride that has only been climbing in recent months. CORPORATE DIRECTORS 5 NEW ADVANCEMENTS
Kimberly & Art McCauley IDAHO Lessons from a Chicken Coop
Caring for chickens is no cakewalk. Still, there’s a busy chicken coop in the McCauleys’ backyard, and Kimberly and Art are happy to have it. As simpleminded as these birds may seem, they teach a precious life lesson: great value comes from hard work. And the McCauley kids do work hard! Feeding and watering. Gathering the eggs. Letting the chickens out. Herding them back in. And, every week, cleaning the coop. “We give our kids hard jobs to do,” Kimberly says. “Even our four- year-old has work to do! They earn their $5 each week only as they finish their work. Then that’s the money they can spend on things they want.”
Over the years, the McCauley kids have gotten used to watching their parents build their
Corporate Director 5 business. They’ve seen Mom and Dad work through the challenges and successes, day
after day and week after week, and they know how much those consistent efforts have impacted their lives. The kids have gotten to know many of Kimberly and Art’s business partners and are often present in team web meetings. “Art and I have taught our kids many lessons through building our Melaleuca business,” Kimberly says. “Two of the most

“I also learned to never think that I had finally arrived. This is something I teach my team. If you think you’ve arrived, you’re in a danger zone!” Kimberly knows that challenges will always arise—but, as hard as they are to get through, they will always provide some of her most profound learning opportunities. “On our team we’ve had our share of struggles,” she laughs. “There have been times that have been very hard on me emotionally, times when I found myself just asking why—why, why, why ? “But after getting myself out of many tough spots, I’ve come to realize that I had to go through those hard times just so I could be a better leader. Now when I see a team member going through the same thing I once went through, I’m able to coach them through it. I can help them avoid the mistakes I made and duplicate what I did right. I can empathize with them. I’m more patient with them. Above all, I keep believing in them until they’re ready to start believing in themselves again.” Each member of Kimberly’s team has set 12 “power goals” for 2023. Those goals run the gamut from business to personal. No matter what kinds of goals have been set, the team members support each other with accountability, encouragement, and plenty of celebration. The rewards for reaching those goals, though, have been carefully chosen together with their families. That helps make spouses and children an important part of the goal-setting and goal-achieving process. One of Kimberly’s goals for 2022 was to advance to Corporate Director 5 before the end of December 2022. She achieved that goal. As a reward, the McCauleys are traveling to Hawaii to scatter Kimberly’s father’s ashes there. “The goal was super special to me,” Kimberly says, “so the reward was super special too.” The hard work of building a better future has to get done daily. At the McCauley home, everyone is working together. Having a chicken coop to clean may not seem like much of a legacy to the kids as they unlatch the gate and duck inside. But, watching the operation from the kitchen window, Kimberly and Art see nothing but the possibilities. JC
important lessons we’ve taught them are that everything of value takes hard work and that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.” Kimberly had to discover what she was capable of accomplishing as she began to build her Melaleuca business. She was a stay-at- home mom with little business experience. Having grown up in the home of a single father who held down three jobs to support his family, Kimberly once expected nothing more from her own life. But finding Melaleuca allowed her to discover what she was really made of. “Melaleuca has provided growth for me in every area,” Kimberly says. “I’ve had to learn to work with people. I’ve had to get myself through the tough times. Not once did I dream I’d be in the place I am today. But when I found Melaleuca, I found something in myself. I found I really love people. I love to see them win. I love to team up with someone and watch them change their life. “With Melaleuca, I learned that I could become a leader—but also that becoming a leader is a lifelong process,” Kimberly continues. “I look back at the leader I was even one year ago, and I see a different person! That’s because I’m trying to improve every day. One of the most important habits of a leader is to look back and think about what you could have done better. Ask yourself how you could have connected better with someone on your team, and then work on doing it better the next day.

Christopher & Breana Borchers CALIFORNIA The Seasons of Success
beginning, I had to learn how to be consistent,” Breana says. “It took discipline. Now that consistency comes naturally.” Embracing consistency is key, even when the results aren’t immediately apparent. “There are different seasons in the business,” Breana says. “Winter, spring, fall—planting seeds, taking care of those seeds, cultivating your field. You do that long enough, and the harvest will come. It takes patience and grit.” When Breana first enrolled, her goal was to achieve Senior Director in one year. Though she didn’t reach that goal, she kept working. She achieved Senior Director and advanced all the way to Executive Director on Pacesetter time frame. “I often ask my team, ‘Could you imagine if I would have given up when I didn’t reach my first goal?’” When it comes to planting seeds, the progress isn’t always visible from above, but underground the seed is busy unfurling, taking root, and growing strong. Thanks to Breana and Chris’s consistency, they are now celebrating a triple advancement to Executive Director 9. Their lives have completely changed. They’ve reached their goals of having a savings account, traveling, and buying a home. More than that, they’re thrilled to help change others’ lives by simply sharing products that work. LH
In 2018, Breana and Chris were needing something to change. The family of five was living in a two-bedroom apartment on one income and unhappily needed government assistance to make ends meet. When Chris and Breana dreamed of the future, they could only hope that someday they could move into a house with a bedroom for each child, that they could afford a private Christian school, that they could take a real vacation, and that they could have a savings account with a growing balance. In that two- bedroom apartment, those dreams seemed impossibly big. Little did they know that a bottle of Sol-U-Mel® would be the answer they were looking for. “My friend [Corporate Director 5] Kimberly McCauley posted about Sol-U-Mel removing permanent marker from a wall,” Breana said. “I had little kids making messes like that everywhere.” Breana soon learned that she could earn repeat income by sharing Sol-U-Mel and all of Melaleuca’s other amazing products with families like hers. In the five years since they enrolled, Breana has relied on the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities and developed discipline through all the mountains and valleys of building a solid Melaleuca business. “In the

and Corporate Director 5 Kimberly McCauley, who encouraged her to embrace her bolder “alter ego.” “I had to get comfortable taking pictures of myself and reaching out to strangers,” she says. “It wasn’t easy, but social media opened a new world of possibilities. I may be an introvert in person, but online I have no problem building connections and voicing opinions.” Megan is focused on creating a community of strong, selfless individuals who aspire to become better versions of themselves. Like Megan, many of those drawn to her team have also struggled with building confidence. “They say you attract what you are, and I do seem to attract a lot of the people who were just like me when I started,” she says. “I actually love that because it allows me to say, ‘Hey, if you’re willing, I can help you! I’ve overcome low esteem and become more resilient in my business because of it.’” Now that Megan has moved past her fear of sharing the Melaleuca Shopping Club with others, she’s simply enjoying the natural process of building her business.
There was a time when Executive Director Megan Medlar refused to keep mirrors in her house. “I couldn’t even look at myself,” she says. Megan’s self-esteem was in the gutter—a hindrance she realized she would have to overcome if she ever hoped to find success in her Melaleuca business. “I was emotionally attached to rejection,” she says. “In the beginning I barely built my business because I was expecting to fail.” Correcting this self-destructive mentality was a massive undertaking. Megan started small, enrolling four customers, then two, and a few more until she achieved Director 3. “That was when Melaleuca’s vision really took shape for me,” she says. “I realized that anyone (including myself) has the opportunity to find success here.” Step by step, Megan’s confidence grew. She positioned herself to work with a team of passionate women that included Executive Director 9 Breana Borchers, National Director Shawna Lambert,

some supplemental income.” Certainly those initial expectations were exceeded. Jill and Greg’s persistence and hard work have enabled them to build a solid, long- term Melaleuca business that has grown in the face of challenges and changes. Jill and Greg have experienced many blessings on their Melaleuca journey, such as being able to help their own family members develop into leaders. Greg’s mother and Jill’s parents and sister are all building their own successful Melaleuca businesses. “This has been a family business,” Jill says, “and that has been a true blessing.” And Jill and Greg have loved seeing generations grow up with Melaleuca. The children of their first referrals are now grown and opening up Melaleuca accounts of their own. “People do come and go,” Jill says, “but we have never
stopped building. We always continue to swing the bat.” “We’ve gone through the cycles of life,” Greg adds. “We have moved from city to city and have seen a recession and a couple of hurricanes. But we keep swinging the bat, and thanks to Melaleuca, we’ve always had our repeat income to rely on. Things happen that you can’t predict, but things work out if you keep working.” “We don’t see an end,” Jill says. “We will continue to enhance lives. I get excited about this business and the products and how we can help change lives. Look at what’s going on in the world—Melaleuca is a safe place and a solution in so many ways. And you never know what the next enrollment is going to bring to your business. After 21 years, that is what keeps us excited—the power of what’s next.”
“So we made the decision for me to leave my job,” Jill says. “I wanted to be a stay-at- home mom, but we still needed another income with flexibility.” That’s when Corporate Director Kirstin Newby, one of Jill’s good friends, referred the Parkers to Melaleuca. “It made sense to get healthier, safer products.” But one day Jill was reading Leadership in Action and saw that other parents were bringing home a meaningful income by referring customers. “Kirstin and I put our heads together and started referring my friends and family.” “At first, our expectations were fairly modest,” Greg says. “We just wanted

Both financially and physically, we have a much healthier lifestyle.” Thanks to their persistence and hard work, in August 2020 Ismael and Olga fulfilled their dream of buying their own home again. They now enjoy their new house, and they keep building their business with a strong desire to help other families improve their quality of life. “Helping families who need a hand is the greatest satisfaction,” Olga says. “We help them catch the vision of what they could achieve with Melaleuca, and we’re thrilled to see their results. They know that, with resolve and dedication, they’ll achieve whatever they set out to do. “My motto is that you can do it if you really want it,” Olga says. “If you are persistent, you can reach your goals.” SV

The recession had struck them hard, taking its toll on the multilevel marketing business they had built. To make things worse, they lost all their real estate properties, including their own home. “It was very tough to lose it all—we had nowhere to go,” Olga recalls. “That’s why I thank God that, at that time of despair, Melaleuca came into our lives.” As soon as they enrolled, Ismael and Olga got to work and started to build a thriving organization.
