Riverbend Ranch now consists of over 290,000 acres of pristine farms and high-elevation ranchland throughout Montana, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. We even have 13,000 acres in Hawaii. But that’s another story.

Belinda and I started Riverbend Ranch 27 years ago with the idea that someday we would be able to market superior Angus beef in large quantities to the world. It has taken us almost three decades, but that dream has now come true. We started out purchasing some of the very best Angus cows in the nation. Many of them cost over $100,000 each. One (HPCA Surefire P245) cost $500,000! These are not ordinary Angus cows! The genetics of these cows are exceptional! They are so expensive because of their ability to produce the tastiest, most tender beef in the world. Over the past 27 years, we have combed the entire Angus breed and purchased several hundred of them, one at a time, totaling millions of dollars. Of course, we did not eat them! They are the breeding stock! They had babies. And their babies had babies, and so forth. And now we have several thousand of them. We now have an extremely high-quality herd of over 62,000 cows, bulls, calves, yearlings, and so on.
And we just finished construction of the
210,000-square-foot state-of- the-art Riverbend Ranch beef- processing facility! It is located
available in the United States, Riverbend Ranch Black Label cattle are never raised with added growth hormones or antibiotics. Not ever! That makes this beef much healthier for your family. Our calves are raised by their own mothers in pristine mountain meadows in the Northwest United States. And they are managed with humane practices that exceed the standards of many US ranches.
