RETAINED SEMEN INTERESTS Table Rock Cattle retains 1/3 semen revenue interest on each bull selling. On every bull, you are purchasing full possession, full salvage value, full decision making, and 2/3rds semen interest. Table Rock Cattle semen interest only comes into play when semen is marketed on the bull. GUARANTEE ON THE SALE BULLS Every bull selling is guaranteed to be sound on sale day to the best of our knowledge and has successfully passed a complete breeding sound- ness exam performed within 60 days of sale time. GENETIC CONDITIONS The knowledge and testing technology for all types of genetic conditions is almost changing daily. What we knew to be policy yesterday may be obsolete today. Our policy at Table Rock Cattle is to fully follow and abide by any and all testing and reporting policy pertaining to genetic conditions as recommended by the American Simmental Association. We further state that our personal policy is to not market any animals known to be carriers or suspected of being carriers of any genetic conditions classified by the ASA as lethal and/or high occurrence. On any animals known to be carriers of other non-lethal genetic conditions that the ASA recommends testing, we will test and provide results on any animals marketed. For full disclosure and explanation of all genetic conditions monitored by the ASA, please refer to the TraitTrac shown on their indi- vidual pedigree on the ASA website. FULL PURCHASE VALUE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON SALE BULLS Every bull selling carries a 100% guarantee extended warranty for one breeding season, provided the bull is managed for proper and accept- able nutritional and physical health, not to exceed six months beyond sale day. In the event customer has any problem with a bull should immediately contact Table Rock Cattle to report a claim. A veterinarians statement of the problem will be required and Table Rock Cattle reserves the right to have the bull returned if necessary. A replacement bull of mu- tually agreed upon quality will be provided if Table Rock Cattle has one available with delivery expense not to exceed Table Rock Cattle Delivery amounts on regular sale day animals. If a satisfactory replacement bull is not available, the customer will receive be given full sale credit (minus salvage value) to be used at future Table Rock Cattle Sale. Table Rock Cattle will not be responsible for any settlement amount exceeding the purchase price of the bull. BREEDING GUARANTEE All bulls in the sale have passed a breeding soundness exam conduct- ed by Cattle Health and Reproductions. Bulls come with a one-year breeding soundness guarantee. To be eligible bulls must bring $3,000 or more. A salvage value will be deducted from the purchase price and either a replacement or credit towards the next year’s sale will be given. Poor body condition and insufficient care along with and such as frozen scrotums will void the guarantee. Please contact us as soon as possible with any conditions or questions and we reserve the right to request a veterinarian assessment. PICKUP AND HAULING Any cattle hauled day of or day after sale will receive a $100 discount per head! If you are able to bring a trailer we will make it worth your while. If you cannot haul cattle from the sale grounds we can help coordi- nate delivery options and/or later pickup dates. Please contact me at or before the sale to coordinate any delivery. INSURANCE We encourage you to look into insuring your investment and can provide options if needed. A simple policy in most cases can cover the purchase price of animals. HERD HEALTH Every sale animal and the entire Table Rock Cattle breeding herd is properly vaccinated and boostered annually for 7-Way Clostridium, IBR-BVD-BRSV-PI3, Hamophilus Somnus, Pasturella, Leptospirosis, and Vibriosis. All heifers are calfhood vaccinated for Brucellosis and every calf born on the farm each year is tested for BVD-PI. All sale animals have been tested negative for Johne’s Disease and the cow herd is being tested annually. All animals on the farm are treated at least twice annu- ally with a parasitic pour-on and at least once annually with Safe-Guard drench. All bulls have successfully passed a complete breeding soundness exam. GUARANTEE ON THE SALE FEMALES Every open heifer selling is guaranteed to be open at the time of the sale and guaranteed to be a satisfactory breeder provided they are managed for proper and acceptable nutritional and physical health. In the event a heifer proves to be a non-breeder, the customer must contact Table Rock Cattle on or before May 15, 2026 to make a claim. A veterinarian’s state- ment will be required and Table Rock Cattle reserves the right to have the heifer returned if deemed necessary. The customer will be given a full credit (minus salvage value of the original heifer) to be used in a future Table Rock Cattle Sale. Every bred female is guaranteed to be bred on sale day as stated in the sale catalog or as updated from the auctioneer at the time of the sale. In the even any bred female is found to not be bred represented when sold, the customer needs to contact Table Rock Cattle immediately and no later than May 15, 2026. The customer will be given a satisfactory credit on a future Table Rock Cattle Sale. Remember: All potential claims must be made to Geri Storer at Table Rock Cattle on or before May 15, 2026.
