Ice Skating: Seven Bridges • AGES 2-13 The Seven Bridges Ice Arena philosophy is that anyone can learn to ice skate if they try their best. All ice skating programs feature experienced instructors and free practice sessions. For practice times and more information, please contact Seven Bridges at 630-271-4400. Gloves/ mittens and helmets are recommended for skaters and hockey players. Skate rentals are $4 each or 11 for $40. Only one makeup class is allowed
Kids First Basketball Fundamentals • AGES 5-14 Learn the basics of basketball with hands-on drills, demonstrations, scrimmages and skills contests leading to the championship game on the last day. Kids First Sports Safety, Inc. staff focuses on shooting, ball- handling, offensive and defensive skills. Quickness, body balance, first step directional movements, safety and sportsmanship are emphasized. Kids First Badminton Fundamentals • AGES 7-14 Playing badminton is fun, whether as a hobby or on a more competitive level. Players are introduced to fundamental badminton skills using drills and scrimmages. Emphasis includes grip, racket positioning, serving, body balance and first step directional movement.
