Faulkner College of Health Sciences 2025-2026

“Faulkner has an amazing group of therapists and students whose passion for helping others exceeds other programs we have attended. I can’t imagine what we do or where we would be without this amazing program. As it says in Proverbs 31:8-9 “Speak for those who cannot speak for themselves, defend the rights of those who have nothing, speak up and judge fairly and defend the rights of the poor and needy.”

Andrea Bazzell, mother of Daphne & Lilly

“The Faulkner Clinic helped me in many ways following my stroke. I remember when I didn’t think my hands would ever open again. I can now bathe and get myself together on my own for the first time since my stroke! I live a productive life and use the skills I learned to get a

job and get stronger every day!” Kelvin Rollins, clinic patient

“There’s something about this place. Something about the instructors and the students. My adult son has autism and had a massive hemorrhagic stroke. Because of his poor prognosis, I could not get him in any therapy centers at all. We knew he could do something as he was regaining cognitive skills, but he had no language. One of the local clinics I tried to take my son to could not help him, but it happened to be a Faulkner professor that said “ I know the place where your son needs to go, ” and she sent us to the Faulkner Clinic. Two and half weeks and my son began whispering and communicating. I came home from work one day and Wesley was in the hallway at home and said “Hey!” This was the first time I felt my son Wesley was being seen for Wesley.” Maria Sahonic, mother of Wesley

“I come to Faulkner clinic to learn life skills. I receive Occupational therapy and counseling services each week. It is awesome and cool and I really enjoy it. I will keep coming here till I go to heaven.” John Hudak, clinic patient
