The buyer, a partnership of Lionheart Realty Group, Lineage Squared, Avery Companies, and AMS Equities acquired the property. Newmark Multifamily Capital Markets executive managing director Erin Miller , alongside associate Chris Koehler , brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller.
