Tax Help at the Library Trained volunteers from AARP will be available to answer tax questions and assist with tax preparation at many library locations. Reservations will be limited. Special focus on taxpayers who are over 50 or have low-to-moderate income. AARP membership is not required. Not eligible if you have farm income, rental property income, or self-employed income with a net loss. No part year, out of state, or amended returns.
