AG has announced a recruitment drive to support business expansion at its AGPAVING THEWAY WITHCAREER OPENINGS Fivemiletown and Toome facilities. The market-leading manufacturer of paving and building products is seeking applications from experienced Maintenance Fitters, Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Electricians, as well as Machine Operatives and Production Operatives. McLaughlin & Harvey and based in Newtownabbey, will offer clients a range of services spanning build, fit- out, facilities management, bespoke joinery, and commercial furniture under one brand. Richard Cheevers, McLaughlin & Harvey Director, said, “WorkSpace provides a specialist option for what might be regarded as ‘smaller’ projects with a market-leading fit-out capability at its core, but also encompassing build, bespoke joinery, commercial furniture and hard facilities management services. We are delighted to have secured an order book of £12.7m across fit-out, build and facilities management, which is a testament to the #KICKITWITHKEYLITE Keylite Roof Windows (Keylite) is challenging its Irish merchant partners and friends to #KickItWithKeylite, in the name of raising money for the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and Children’s Health Foundation Crumlin. The challenge is simple. Participants have to record themselves kicking, throwing, putting or batting a ball through a Keylite Roof Window – which means no matter the chosen sport, anyone can #KickItWithKeylite. Once the challenge is complete, individuals nominate three friends to get involved and make a donation through Keylite’s JustGiving pages for the charities. Merchants can join the likes of GAA all-star Cathal McShane, presenter Adrian Logan, and Rugby Union star Tommy Bowe in taking part in the challenge, and share their attempt on social media, along with the hashtag #KickItWithKeylite. The new division is expected to create up to 20 new full-time permanent posts in year one, as well as opening up new opportunities for the company’s trusted supply chain.
