• 4 black olives, pitted • small handful parsley • 1 tsp capers • ½ tbsp red wine vinegar • 2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
INGREDIENTS • 1 cauliflower • ½ tsp smoked paprika • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 roasted red pepper
DIRECTIONS Heat oven to 425F and line a baking tray with baking parchment. Slice the cauliflower into two 1-inch steaks – use themiddle part as it’s larger, and save the rest for another time. Rub the paprika and ½ tbsp oil over the steaks and season. Put on the tray and roast for 15-20mins until cooked through. Meanwhile, make the salsa: Chop the pepper, olives, parsley and capers, and put into a bowl andmix with the remaining oil and vinegar. Season to taste. Soldier's Best Friend Fundraiser
OSR is proud to raise funds again for Soldiers Best Friend! Soldier’s Best Friend provides U.S. military veterans living with combat-related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) with Service or Therapeutic Companion Dogs, most of which are rescued from local shelters. The veteran and dog train together to build a trusting relationship that saves two lives at once and inspires countless others.
OSR will be hosting an event at our Scottsdale clinic Friday, August 13th to meet some of the Veterans that have benefitted from this program, and present a check for all the money raised for the Soldiers Best Friend Organization. Stay tuned for more details on this event, and stop by ANY of our clinics this July to purchase your OSR Soldiers Best Friend Shirt to support this great cause!
