He will speak and draw as he presents for all LS grades. Watch the Eagle Update for more information. GREAT GATSBY PARTY Thursday, February 27 All tenth-grade students will participate in The Great Gatsby Event as a means of culminating their study of this great American novel. Each will spend February 27 attending a party in costume, while embodying a character from the book. While participating in cultural aspects of the era, such as games, dance and food, students will engage in conversation (remaining in character) with teachers who will gauge the student’s comprehension of the novel and its literary elements through this dialogue.
