ERIC SHINOHARA, MD, MSCI Ingram Associate Professor and Chair, Vanderbilt University. Dr. Eric Shinohara is a board-certified radiation oncologist, Associate Professor, and Clinical Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He received his B.S. in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Maryland, then continued his medical education as a graduate of Vanderbilt’s School of Medicine. He completed his medical internship at Abington Memorial Hospital followed by a residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Shinohara’s clinical and research areas of interest are in tumors of the genitourinary system and sarcomas. He has presented at several international meetings, such as the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), and has been published in many prominent journals, including Cancer, Cancer Research, and Oncogene. MIKE SMITH, BSPS, CNMT Senior Medical Imaging Specialist, Blue Earth Diagnostics. Mike Smith is the Senior Medical Imaging Specialist for Blue Earth Diagnostics that covers the Great Lakes, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. He has 12 years of clinical nuclear medicine experience, previously working at Ohio State, and rotating between general, cardiac, and PET. In his current role of almost years, he has helped with educating both readers and technologists about how to properly image and interpret Axumin, collaborated on Real-World Evidence and Investigator Initiated Trials, and assisted on multiple Company Sponsored Phase 1-3 trials aimed at expanding indications and researching new radiopharmaceuticals. PATRICK WENNING, PT, MPT, CIMPT, CMTPT Physical Therapist, Restore Motion. Patrick Wenning joined Restore Motion in the D.C. Metro area in 2016 after owning his own private practice in Manhattan for over 10 years. In addition to his general orthopedic practice, he worked with dancers and actors of all levels from amateur to Broadway in New York. His focus is with patients who have spine, pelvic and foot/ankle issues. He primarily works as a manual therapist and has specialties in Men’s Pelvic Floor, foot orthotic casting and Performing Arts rehab. He has certification as an Integrated Manual Therapist and in Manual Trigger Point Dry Needling from Myopain Seminars and works with alternative modalities as diverse as craniosacral, pilates, and visceral mobilization. His background is in theater, dance, and gymnastics. Patrick earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas in 1998. JAMES M. WILLIAMS, JR. Director of Federal Affairs for Cancer Prevention, Early Detection and Screening, American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. A native Washingtonian, James M. Williams, Jr., is a two-time prostate cancer survivor turned passionate warrior in the fight against cancer. After years of Capitol Hill and government relations experience, James joined the American Cancer Society-Cancer Action Network as the director of federal affairs for cancer prevention, early detection and screening.
