Our on-site superintendents meet daily with store management, looping in dedicated project managers to escalate items as needed. In addition to our daily reporting, we provide tailored reports after crucial project milestones, including crane nights.
Having swapped over 50,000 units, we understand the importance of closing out a job site in a timely, professional manner, which is why each of our teams goes through a 21-point close-out checklist prior to leaving a job site.
