Thank you very much for your patience these first few days of our shuttle services from Botanical. Many of you have reached out with some areas of improvement that we are focusing on:
Adhering to the current schedule (attached) Gassing vehicles outside the hours of the schedule Weekly audits of the shuttle performance for improvements 1. 2. 3.
Some additional enhancements to continue improving the Botanical shuttle service will include:
Onboarding additional drivers Securing additional vehicles Shuttle-to-shuttle communication devices Exploring alert and notification options for riders Data on ridership to shift resources based on the staff needs 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
We are also excited to virtually introduce Terrence Taylor, Associate Director of Operations , at the Jacobi campus. He is the point person available for all driver and vehicle-specific communications, including those connected to our LAZ Parking partners. A reminder from MPG Botanical Gardens is that the loss of your parking pass costs $25 and is to be rectified directly with their management team on the 1st floor.
Lastly, the process to be placed on the parking waiting list requires signing up within our Hospital Police department on the 13th floor in room #1305.
