Every Care Professional undergoes a thorough interview process, full reference checks, and enhanced DBS screening to ensure only the most suitable, trusted individuals join our team. All carers receive extensive training and are personally introduced to clients by a member of our management team, with a detailed bio provided in advance. We carefully match clients and carers based on personality, interests, and background, whether that’s a shared love of gardening, baking, or a mutual connection like military service, to help build trust and lasting relationships. We keep care teams small and visit times consistent to support continuity and comfort. As clients' needs evolve, we provide ongoing training and full support to both carers and clients, ensuring everyone feels safe, confident, and well cared for.
