TEST DI TENUTA
WATERTIGHTNESS TEST
• Applied to 100% of Cepex valves production. • Air is injected inside the valve through a microfugometer. • The valve passes the test if no air-leaks happen. • Water test applied to 100% of the Serie Extreme valves (exclusively):
• Applicato al 100% della produzione di valvole Cepex. • L'aria viene iniettata nella valvola attraverso un microfugometro. • La valvola supera il test se non ci sono perdite d'aria. • Il 100% delle valvole della serie Extreme vengono sottoposte a svariati test per la conduzione dei fluidi:
- 1,1xPN bar water closed. - 1,5xPN bar water open. - 0,5 bar pressure air.
- 1,1xPN bar acqua chiusa. - 1,5xPN bar acqua aperta. - 0,5 bar aria pressione.
Marcatura CE in tutte le valvole (certificata da laboratori esterni) CE marking in all the valves (by external labs)
