He has been selling to builders merchants for over 30 years; specialising in sealants and adhesives for the past 17. “We don’t just sell a product,” said Gavin, “we have spent many years building relationships with merchants and their customers by supporting them and explaining how our products work. “We’re on the road a lot, travelling to demo mornings and trade shows in order to display just how impressive these products are and how they will save time and money on jobs.” This hard graft, along with strong social media, web and advertising campaigns, is
