SUCCESS KEEPS FLOWING FOR GREENLINE PLUMBING SUPPLIES, NAVAN…

Dreamteamcelebrates fourth anniversary

N avan-based Greenline Plumbing Supplies quickly established itself as the leading heating and plumbing supplier in Co. Meath when it opened its doors in 2017, and has continued to grow despite the uncertainties that Brexit and Covid-19 lockdowns have thrown at the industry.

Greenline Plumbing Supplies was born out of the idea that customer service and product quality are the two most important factors in gaining repeat business. Delivering customer satisfaction along with great prices, the dream team has proved this to be an unbeatable combination. Customer service is highly prioritised at Greenline. All members of staff are trained extensively on all products and are on hand to answer every customer query. STORE Manager, Ray Purfield, explained why the company focuses so intently on its service, “Plumbers like to come in here because we know what we’re talking about. One of our staff members is a qualified plumber; he knows exactly what plumbers are after and the type of information they need. “Donal, my right-hand man, works on the counter and is also very knowledgeable.

All members of staff attend training courses every year, which means that when a plumber rings us with a question, we know how to help them.”

They’re extending that depth of knowledge and advice further by

providing heat pump installer training at their newly opened training centre. Situated next door to the plumbing supplies store, the centre runs free courses on Samsung and Daikin heat pump products. “It’s an extra service for our customers, one that we hope helps them extend their knowledge base in this rapidly expanding sector of the heating market,” said Ray. TWO BRANCHES Greenline Plumbing Supplies started with just two staff and one van at the Navan store; that’s grown to eight staff, three vans and a jeep. In January 2020, they opened a second branch in Cavan, managed by industry veteran Liam

“Ray is full of praise for his Navan team, who have made Greenline’s success a possibility.”
