General Information
INSTALLATION Superior Recreational Products provides professional installation of your indoor playground equipment or water slide by an experienced, qualified installer for an additional cost. This cost will vary based on the amount of equipment, site accessibility, site conditions and travel expenses etc. Unless specifically noted installation charges do NOT include site preparation, permitting or removal of existing equipment. If the as-built conditions are different than original plans SRP must be notified to make necessary changes to the design. If actual site conditions vary from the original plans additional charges may incurred due to additional parts, shipping, additional installation time or return trips. WARRANTY Superior Recreational Products warrants that our playgrounds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, misuse or abuse, altered or modified parts, or cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, fading or weathering and normal wear and tear. This warranty is valid only if the structures are installed in conformity with instructions provided by Superior Recreational Products using approved Superior parts. Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period and accompanied by a sales order or invoice number.
ORDERING PROCESS The below points provide a general outline of the ordering process: 1. Initial consultation to discuss site and budget information 2. Submission of site plan proposal and pricing information 3. Review and sign approved site plans and cost estimate

PROPOSALS AND SITE PREPARATION In order to create a detailed plan unit proposal, the following must be submitted: Floor plan showing location and dimensions of doors, windows, walls, columns, fences, ceiling height, etc. Play unit height impediments such as signs, ceilings, light fixtures, HVAC structures, etc. Existing or proposed structures such as tables, other play elements, benches, booths, etc. Elevation changes such as steps or ramps Site preparation, including any necessary permits or licenses, is the responsibility of the purchaser. Your site must accommodate the unit and all necessary clearances. If the unit is indoors, carpeting should be installed prior to unit installation. An outdoor site should be secured and surrounded by a fence. SHIPPING All freight charges are FOB Carrollton, Georgia, U.S.A. Freight charges are additional and are not included in the selling price of the equipment. Transit time is dependent upon your location.
