INSIDE THE 1994 CHILDREN’S CHOICE AWARDS IN NY (CONT.) Question: “In 1994, you were impacting communities locally through live expos and fitness events. Today, you’ve launched the Six Weeks to Fitness w/ Vince community on the Skool platform, bringing wellness coaching, expert interviews, accountability, and fitness gamification to people across the country. How has building this digital community allowed you to scale the same mission of empowerment and health that you started decades ago?” Answer: The mission has remained the same for more than 30 years: helping people live healthier, more empowered lives. What has changed is the way I'm able to reach them. Back in the 1990s, we impacted communities through our Children's Choice Awards programs. In the 2000s, we impacted communities through our Children's Sports & Fitness Expos, youth fitness programs, and other special events throughout New York City. Those programs were powerful, but they were limited by geography. If you weren't in the room, you missed the experience. Today, through the Six Weeks to Fitness w/ Vince community on Skool, I'm able to reach people wherever they are. Members can access wellness coaching, fitness challenges, expert interviews, accountability, and support from their phones or computers. Instead of helping hundreds or even thousands of people at a single event, I can now help people across the country every day. What excites me most is that the technology has changed, but the purpose hasn't. Whether it was empowering young people through the Children's Choice Awards,
helping families become more active through our fitness expos, or building an online wellness community today, my goal remains the same: to help people take control of their health, build confidence, and add more life to their years. Question: “Your Skool community thrives on interaction, shared accountability, leaderboards, and celebrating victories like weight loss, increased energy, and improved mental clarity. Why do you believe supportive communities are often far more effective for long-term health transformation than someone trying to tackle their fitness journey completely alone?” Answer: One of the biggest reasons people struggle to achieve their health and fitness goals is that they try to do it alone. Motivation comes and goes, but having a supportive community helps you stay consistent when motivation fades. When you're surrounded by people who are facing similar challenges, celebrating similar victories, and encouraging one another, you realize you're not alone. That sense of connection can make all the difference. In the Six Weeks to Fitness w/ Vince community, we celebrate more than just weight loss. We celebrate increased energy, better habits, improved confidence, and the small daily wins that eventually lead to major transformations. The leaderboards, challenges, and accountability tools help keep people engaged, but it's really the support and encouragement from the community that drives lasting change.
