Celeste Richards: Founder of New Beginnings 4U Empowering Raleigh's seniors, veterans, and underserved communities through strategic aid and advocacy.

Celeste Richards is the Executive Director of New Beginnings 4U Inc., a 501(c)(3) non- profit organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina (primarily serving Wake County). The Legacy and Mission: New Beginnings 4U Inc. was originally started as a community project by Celeste’s mother, Mary Hodges Dunn, who wanted to help families in southeast Raleigh who "fell through the cracks"—meaning they needed help but didn't qualify for traditional government assistance. Celeste worked faithfully by her mother's side for years. When her mother passed away in April 2022, Celeste took over the mission to keep her mother's legacy alive, officially growing the community project into an established non-profit organization. Under Celeste's leadership, New Beginnings 4U focuses on helping marginalized communities, senior citizens, and veterans build stability and self-sufficiency. The organization provides: Needs-Specific Items: Distributing food, clothing, and household essentials. Expense Reduction: Strategically providing resources that cut down daily living costs for families, allowing them to better manage debts and gain financial independence.
