28th Annual Production Sale
Welcome from Brown’s Angus Ranch! Dear Friends, Customers, and Fellow Cattlemen,
On behalf of our family, welcome to the Brown’s Angus Ranch annual bull sale catalog. Whether you are a longtime customer, a past buyer checking back in, or joining us for the first time, we truly appreciate you taking the time to look through this year’s offering. As we reflect on the past year, it’s hard not to feel incredibly grateful. We were blessed with timely moisture early on, which carried us through spring and into summer, setting us up for one of the best grass years we’ve seen in a long time. That moisture didn’t quit when we needed it most. Our pastures stayed green well into fall, allowing cattle to thrive and maintain condition naturally. Years like this remind us why we love what we do and reinforce the importance of strong, functional cattle that can take advantage of good forage when it’s available. The strength of the cattle market has been another highlight. As we move into 2026, the market has remained strong and resilient, reinforcing the value of quality genetics and functional cattle. In times like these, investing in bulls that are built to last (structurally sound, fertile, and efficient) can make a meaningful difference on the bottom line. Our goal has always been to raise bulls that go out and work for you, adding value not just this year, but for years to come. This year’s bull offering reflects both the environment they were raised in and the intentional breeding decisions behind them. We strive for balance; calving ease, performance, muscle, and maternal strength without sacrificing soundness or longevity; traits we believe matter long after sale day. You’ll find a consistent set of bulls that are built for real-world conditions, while still allowing for individual differences to fit a variety of programs. We are excited about the genetics represented this year, including bulls sired by Courage, Throttle, & Payout just to name a few. At the heart of Brown’s Angus Ranch is family. Our kids are out here alongside us helping with chores, working cattle, caring for their show animals, and learning firsthand what it means to be responsible stewards of livestock and land. We believe those values matter just as much as the cattle themselves, and we’re proud to be raising both the next generation of Angus cattle and the next generation of cattlemen and women. Most importantly, we value the relationships that come with this business. Our customers aren’t just buyers; they’re friends, neighbors, and fellow producers who share a passion for the Angus breed and the cattle industry. We are thankful for your continued trust and support and welcome any questions or conversations as you evaluate this year’s offering. Thank you again for your interest in Brown’s Angus Ranch. We look forward to visiting with you and hope to see you on sale day. Sincerely, Brown’s Angus Ranch

S A V Courage 3003 was the lead off bull in the 2024 SAV Sale where he sold for $150,000. He was selected for his highly anticipated calving ease and maternal characteristics. Courage is an impressive bull from any angle. He is very correct struc - tured and moves out well. He’s extremely long bodied and has a nice muscle pattern and added performance for a calving ease bull. We anticipate him to leave a great set of females that will be the front pasture type. Courage’s 12 year old path - finder dam has been a favorite of many and is also well known as the dam of S A V Downpour 8794.

His stunning dam characterizes a perfect udder with small teats, with ample milking ability to bring in the big boys in the fall. The grand-dam, Musgrave Barbara 1721 cow has been mated to multiple different bulls here and she smacks homeruns every time and has since made the donor pen. We have flushed her with multiple sires now, and she will play an important role in the future.
