This allows us to receive objective feedback and develop a support system of other CEOs, mentors and advisors who can guide us. This can be effective for eas- ing the belief that “I am all alone,” or “Nobody understand me.” We all need people to listen to us just as we need to listen to others. When leaders hold a vision and influence others to contribute to common ideals and group goals, the entire organization functions well, and relationships become more fulfilling and enriching rather than lonely.
