Family Time is a proven calving ease bull that improves disposition and sires plenty of length and growth in cattle with the ability to grade well. We continue to use him heavily because we calved quite a few daughters the last year and really like them, he replicates his dam's phenotype consistently in his female progeny and sires cows that are strong on maternal instinct, and have really nice udders. We have used Family Time extensively on Simangus heifers, and actually have about three times more data on his Simangus progeny. The 14 YO dam of this group has been fertile and productive recording 10 calves @ 109 NR & 10 @ 108 YR. She is a 1250# cow and offers more true growth performance relative to her size than any cow we have ever owned. Out of a past and current donor for us, 4E13 is masculine, strong topped and shapely through his quarter. He reminds me a lot of his maternal brother that was lot 1 last year, thanks to Jared Hardin for finding that one. A favorite in the branding pen, this rugged bull has a lot of shape to his rib and hip and looks like he offers plenty of growth - he weaned at 758 lb. Old school maternal Angus pedigree on the bottom from a cow we bought at the Neiman dispersal. We retained a half Sim maternal brother to this one for our own use.
