Settlement & Delivery A minimum of 50% must be paid sale day. Bull delivery begins in March. Bull delivery will occur between March 15 & April 15, we recommend you turn them right back out with your herd bulls and let them establish a pecking order. Free delivery for the first 500 miles or on total purchases totaling $15,000 or more into the lower 48, beyond that it will be at cost. Health All bulls have received a complete parasite control and modified live vaccination program. Any bulls utilized in our herds for cleanup service will have tested negative for Trich. Complete breeding soundness evaluations will be done shortly before delivery on all of the bulls. All vet work will be performed by Dr. Charles Martin or Southwestern Veterinary Services. Performance Information EPDs are current as of 1/1/2026 and are from either the American Angus Association or American Simmental Association. Updated EPDs can be viewed on most bulls at www.angus.org or www.simmental.org by entering the bull’s registration number. All announcements sale day take precedence over what is printed in this book Genomically Enhanced EPDs All bulls selling have had DNA submitted to their respective breed associations for genomic evaluation. This increases the EPD accuracy to give you, the buyer, more certainty in your decisions. Retained Interest We reserve the right to 1/2 semen interest in all bulls selling. The 1/2 semen interest is a semen revenue sharing interest only with 100% of the bull’s salvage value belonging to the buyer. Liability All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk.
