In a year marked by uncertainty and change, Fidelis Care remained unwavering in being Here for Your Health. This theme guided every step we took in 2025, reminding us that being present for our members means more than delivering care. It means showing up with compassion, consistency, and commitment, no matter the circumstances. From the bustling streets of New York City to the quiet corners of the North Country and stretching into Western New York, our teams demonstrated what it truly means to be here for our members and the communities that we serve. We didn’t just provide services, we built trust, fostered connection, and responded to real needs in real time. Whether through mobile health clinics, Veggies to Go produce giveaways, Unity events, or community baby showers, our presence was felt in meaningful and personal ways across the state. The year was not without its challenges. Communities faced economic pressures, health disparities, and social barriers, but Fidelis Care stood firm. We expanded our reach, deepened our partnerships, and listened more closely than ever. Our employees volunteered their time, our providers leaned into collaboration, and our organization invested in solutions that reflect the full spectrum of what health truly means. “Here for Your Health” isn’t just a slogan. It is a promise. A promise to be there when it matters most, to meet people where they are, and to support them in every aspect of their health journey. It shaped our outreach, our communications, and our care strategies, reinforcing that health is personal and local, and our approach must be, too. As 2026 commences, we carry this momentum forward.
