Senior Travel Industry Sales Manager: As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while upholding the standards of our award-winning resort. Job Highlights: Remote and on-property candidates will be considered Five years of Travel Industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Travel required - 40-60% per month with focus in the USA and Canada, or other territories as established by management. Responsibilities include: Targeting results-oriented high revenue potential sales calls Following up to ensure a successful direct sales program, in accordance with goals, budget and marketing plan Maintaining and developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Effectively resolving customer and/or guest issues that arise during the sales process
