This exhibition features a diverse range of works from the Essex campus portfolio course—our capstone experience for art majors. Come celebrate their creativity with us! The show explores the ways we preserve, transform and reinterpret archives in an era dominated by virtual spaces. November 14, 2025–February 28, 2026 Turner Station History Center @ CCBC Dundalk Faculty curator: Michelle Wright

This exhibition celebrates the rich history and cultural legacy of Turner Station, a historically and culturally significant Black community in Baltimore County. Through archival materials, photographs and artifacts, visitors will explore the narratives of resilience, innovation and community pride that have shaped Turner Station across generations. CCBC Dundalk, Alvin and Mary Lloyd College Center, Art Gallery This exhibit highlights the vibrant diversity within our adjunct and instructional staff community. While each teaching artist featured brings a distinct background and perspective, they are united by a shared commitment to nurturing the artistic education of the next generation. Together, their unique strengths form a collective that is richer and more meaningful than that which could be created alone.
