What is NPS? Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely used, straightforward metric for measuring satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

From the Voice of our Participants Participants respond to a single question “How likely are you to recommend this experience to a friend or peer? — on a scale from 0 to 10.” Responses are grouped into Promoters (9– 10), Passives (7–8), and Detractors (0–6).

How It’s Calculated

The NPS itself is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters, producing a score that can range from – 100 to +100.
