The proposed ‘Phase 1’ site plan offers a number of benefits to the public realm including:

HOUSING

The current ‘Phase 1’ plan is proposing a total of 554 units in 3 buildings: • Building 1: 168 units • Building 2: 206 units • Building 3: 180 units • Total units 554 •189 (34%) of these units are 2-bedroom+ The proposed development will help to increase the supply of housing in the Semiahmoo Town Centre area close to amenities, services, and transit.
