in Construction Senior Management on his wall for all to admire, Paul is more confident and feels equipped to lead his team towards a prosperous future. It’s amazing what can be achieved in six months. Esteem is delighted to have played a part in Paul’s success. Paul regularly has ideas for the business in his quiet time but with all the challenges of running a business, they have never come to fruition. Until now.
