Power Yoga Sunday 4:00 PM (75 minutes) Appropriate for experienced yoga students seeking a higher intensity flow with more challenging postures. This is a more advanced class but modifications will be offered. Monday 9:45 AM (45 minutes), Tuesday 10:45 AM (60 minutes), and Wednesday 9:45 AM (60 minutes) Appropriate for students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and nourishing practice. The deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome. No prior yoga experience is required. Prepare to sweat. Restorative Yoga
Fitness Yoga* * Friday 5:45 PM Designed specifically for golfers and tennis players, this class will incorporate yoga poses to help emphasize extensions of the shoulders and hips. Gentle Yoga ** Tuesday/Thursday 9:45 AM An easy slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga which focuses on proper alignment, deep breathing, and standing balances. HIIT It! ** Wednesday 6:00 AM High Intensity Interval Training is all the rage because it is effective at giving you an intense workout and ramps up your metabolism! Pilates ** (All Levels) Monday and Wednesday 8:30 AM, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, balance and posture!
Seniorcize * Monday 4:00 PM and Thursday 11:00 AM (45 minutes) To help you stay active and healthy, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and light strengthening. Options will be offered for varying ability levels. Toning + Abs * Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM A full-body workout with weights, body bars, med balls, and tubing, with an emphasis on core conditioning. *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/subscription **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/subscription
