The GARC supports the Board in e ectively discharging its corporate governance, oversight, and accountability duties. The GARC is authorised to consider: • the skills, experience, training and performance of directors of the Housing Choices Australia Group; • the composition of the Board and Committees considering business strategy; • the processes and practices to support e ective corporate governance; • director remuneration policies; and • Managing Director or CEO appointment, performance development, renumeration and succession planning.
