This stage is about more than maintaining housing; it’s about enabling quality of life.

In 2024-25, our tenancy teams continued to provide consistent, responsive services to thousands of residents across the country. From managing everyday repairs and maintenance to resolving tenancy issues and complaints, this work is foundational to building trust and ensuring homes are safe, functional and well cared for. Health and wellbeing remained a strong area of focus. We strengthened partnerships with support providers and local health networks to ensure residents could access the services they need, when they need them. Our Sustainment teams worked closely with residents experiencing complex life challenges, ranging from mental health issues to ageing in place, coordinating in-home supports and linking people into broader care systems.
Our ongoing investment in tenancy systems and sta capability helped improve service performance and resident experience. These internal improvements were matched by a people-centred approach: tenancy workers continued to build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents, identifying needs early, supporting stability, and helping people feel seen and heard. Whether responding to a maintenance request, advocating for aged care support, or intervening early to prevent eviction, these everyday actions make a measurable di erence. They’re what allow residents not just to remain housed, but to live well.
