OFFRE D’EMPLOI Technicien(ne) en génie civil (2e affichage) Temps plein – permanent Lieu de travail : Cité de Clarence-Rockland CADRE DE TRAVAIL: Le (la) Technicien(e) sera demandé de pourvoir au service de l’infrastructure et aménagement du territoire, plus précisément le service des travaux publics telle que : arpentage, conception, surveillance et gestion des projets de réfections des infrastructures municipales sous le budget opérationnels des travaux publics. Exigences : • Doit détenir un diplôme d’études collégial en Technologie du génie civil - construction ; • Doit avoir un minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine municipal ou dans un domaine connexe; • Doit connaître les logiciels, Excel etAutoCAD; • Doit détenir un permis de conduire valide; • Doit posséder d’excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et de gestion du temps; • Doit avoir la connaissance et habileté à interpréter et à administrer les règles, les actes, les contrats et les politiques concernant le service; • Doit être bilingue (français et anglais, parlé et écrit); • Une vérification du casier judiciaire doit être fournie à l’embauche seulement (elle doit dater de moins de trois mois avant la date où elle est requise) et est une condition d'emploi. EMPLOYMENT OFFER Civil Engineering Technician (2nd posƟng) Permanent – Full Ɵme Work location: City of Clarence-Rockland WORK ENVIRONMENT: The Technician will be required to assist the infrastructure and planning department, specifically the public works department such as: surveying, design, monitoring and management of municipal infrastructure repairs projects under the public works budget. Requirements: • Must have a college diploma in Civil Engineering Technology - Construction; • Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in municipal affairs or a related field; • Must have working knowledge of, Excel and AutoCAD; • Must hold a valid driver’s license; • Must have excellent organizational skills and time management skills; • Must have the knowledge and ability to interpret and administer the rules, acts, contracts and policies regarding the service; • Must be bilingual (French and English, spoken and written); • A criminal record checkmust be provided upon hiring only (must be dated less than three months prior to the requested date) and is a condition of employment.

Cedar Ridge Designs specializes in custom millwork and cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. We have a proven track record providing CustomMillwork throughout Eastern Ontario and continue to grow. We have a great opportunity for an Installer for our Custom Millwork and Cabinetry. This is a permanent, full-time position. Applicants must have: 3 – 5 years experience installing cabinets and millwork, excellent site management and communication skills, the ability to work alone onsite or within a group environment, and the ability to read and interpret drawings. Installer must have and use their own tools and there will be some delivery required. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required. Wage is commensurate with experience. Cedar Ridge Designs Inc. provides a benefit package. You must have a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
