CHART members make CHART what it is, the go-to place for hospitality trainers. Two examples of this include coverage around the Hospitality Training 360 Report and a podcast that was released last month. As L&D professionals, we all know that content does not
stand on its own. It’s about the learning modality. In April, my friend and fellow board member Kelly McCutcheon and I took part in a CHART webinar hosted by Frances Liu of Opus Training to dig into the Hospitality Training 360 Report. If you haven’t checked out this report, please do so as there are many training insights and nuggets that you can take back to your company. The thing I loved about this webinar was gaining perspective and creating meaning on what the data is telling us. added to the conversations for us to create meaning. There are a series of blogs (also worth checking out if you haven’t) that offer additional perspectives on trends in hospitality training. Sam Worobec released an episode of his Simplified podcast, in which he interviewed various CHART members and partners to hear why CHART is so unique and special. I love this podcast as he pulls out what we all know, CHART is about the critical relationships between members that create and foster a unique and exceptional learning environment.
