业务发展禁止地区规则 Rules on Prohibited Areas of Business Development
目的和依据 Purpose and basis

为确保美乐家事业在中国市场的稳定、健康和有序的长期发展，根据美乐家 公司的业务发展实际需求和有关决策，制定本规则。 In order to ensure the fair, healthy and well-organized development of Melaleuca business in China
market for long term, the Rules are legislated according to the actual demand of business
development of Melaleuca and related decisions.
业务发展禁止地区和开放地区 Prohibited Areas and Open Areas of Business Development

2.1 禁止地区是指美乐家公司暂不开展业务的地区。除禁止地区以外的中 国大陆其他地区为开放地区。 Prohibited Areas are the areas where Melaleuca does not develop business for the time being.
Other areas in Mainland of China other than Prohibited Areas and Restricted Areas are Open
Areas.
2.2 美乐家公司有权根据自身业务发展的需要，随时增加、减少或变更禁止 地区的范围。 Melaleuca may add, cancel or alter the scope of Prohibited Areas at any time. 2.3 会员顾客申请人的户籍地址、实际居住地址或者送货地址位于禁止地 区的，美乐家公司拒绝接受其入会申请。 Melaleuca may reject any enrollment with any potential customer whose address of
registered permanent residence, actual residence address or delivery address is located in
Prohibited Areas.
2.4 会员顾客将将户籍地址、实际居住地址或送货地址变更至禁止地区的， 美乐家公司将立即解除与该会员顾客建立的一切合同关系。 Melaleuca shall immediately terminate all contractual relationships with the customer who
changes its address of registered permanent residence, actual residence address or delivery
address to any location in Prohibited Areas.
2.5 会员顾客提交将送货地址变更为禁止地区的订单或者变更申请的，美 乐家公司应当予以拒绝。 Melaleuca shall reject any order or alteration application, submitted by any customer, with a

delivery address dropping into Prohibited Areas.
其他 Miscellaneous

1.1 本规则仅供美乐家公司内部使用。未经政策合规团队，任何人不得对外 披露。 The Rules shall only be used for the internal purpose by Melaleuca and may not be disclosed
by any person without the consent of the Compliance team.
1.2 本规则不溯及 2014 年 7 月 2 日前提交并已被美乐家公司批准的会员顾 客推荐申请，但是该会员顾客于该日期以后的任何申请应当适用本规 则。 The Rules are not retrospective to the customer enrollments applications that were submitted
and approved by Melaleuca prior to July 2, 2014. However, all applications raised by
customers thereafter shall be governed by the Rules.
