6.2 在限制地区内，限制地区业务开展人或其市场成员第二次出现涉及虚 假会员违规情形，按照《虚假会员案件处理程序规则》处理，并对限制 地区业务开展人再次予以警告。 Within Restricted Areas, for the second time of the propping of the Business Developer or
someone in its organization, Propping Case Processing Rules shall apply, and the second
warning shall be given to the Business Developer.
6.3 在限制地区内，限制地区业务开展人或其市场成员第三次出现涉及虚 假会员违规情形，按照《虚假会员案件处理程序规则》处理，并终止限 制地区业务开展人及其市场成员在限制地区的业务发展。 Within Restricted Areas, for the third time of the propping of the Business Developer or
someone in its organization, Propping Case Processing Rules shall apply, and the business
development of the Business Developer and its organization shall be terminated.
6.4 发生本规则第 6.3 条规定的情形的，限制地区业务开展人丧失限制地区 开放申请资格，且丧失限制地区开放担保资格。 In case of the situation set forth in Article 6.3 hereof, the Business Developer shall forfeit the
qualification of applicant and guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas.
6.5 发生过虚假会员违规情形的会员顾客、推广服务商或者由发生过虚假 会员违规情形的会员顾客和 / 或其配偶所设立的推广服务商，不具有限 制地区开放申请资格，且不具有限制地区开放担保资格。 Any customer or Service Provider with propping record, or any Service Provider established
by a customer, and/or the spouse, with propping record, is unqualified to be an applicant or
a guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas.
关于海外会员顾客的特别规定 Special Provisions for Overseas Customer

7.1 海外会员顾客是指非中国大陆地区的美乐家会员顾客。 Overseas customers are the Melaleuca customers outside of mainland of China.
7.2 达到 ED 或以上级别的海外会员顾客在中国大陆地区的市场成员中没有 符合本规则第 3.1 条的规定具备限制地区开放申请人资格时，可以以自 身名义申请开放限制地区。但其市场成员基于本规则第 6.4 条和第 6.5 条的规定丧失或不具备限制地区开放申请人资格而造成该海外会员顾 客没有符合条件的限制地区开放申请人的情形除外。 An ED or above overseas customer may become a qualified applicant for business
