HIGHLIGHTS
During FY23, we continued to take bigger “Strides” to hosting mission-centric fundraising events that brought our communities together and enabled the creation of more teams using peer-to-peer fundraising. We are so appreciative for the efforts of the 32 Fundraising Teams that made an impact on our mission through their fundraising, donations and registrations. In particular, we want to thank 22 participating Georgia Lions Clubs’ Strides teams who raised cumulatively over $24K, representing almost 50% of the total raised. This includes three Lions Clubs – Lyons, Camilla and Lawrenceville – who each held walks in their respective communities that generated over $1,000 each of support for Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation! •

FY23-24 Strides 4 Sight Plan Our plan in FY23-24, is to launch Strides 4 Sight as a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) campaign and encourage Lions Clubs and other community partners to use our Classy platform to continue to raise donations through their networks celebrated with local walk events!
Every individual who donates $7.50 or more per month for 12 months ($90 or more) will receive a 75th Anniversary Founders Pin

Since then, Lions Clubs have served as the cornerstone of the organization and maintain a vital role in the growth and reach of our mission. 2024 will mark the 75th Anniversary year of the founding of the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation. To recognize and celebrate this important milestone in our history, Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation is kicking off a 75th Anniversary campaign that will last through calendar 2024 featuring several key activities including the Founders Day Ball! We are excited to celebrate this important year in our history with partners and friends. May the spirit of Tom Bingham live on! •
