Over the course of his career, he has closed billions in capital through first mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, acquisitions, and joint venture equity for a variety of asset types throughout the United States. Todd joined Marcus & Millichap as part of the Metropolitan Capital Advisors (“MCA”) acquisition in 2020. Todd served as a principal and director at MCA leading the origination team. Todd graduated from the Michael F. Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
