completion of nearly 50 projects totaling more than $500,000,000 has solidified Gardner Tanenbaum’s position as one of the largest developers in Oklahoma. In 2020, he negotiated one of Oklahoma’s largest commercial real estate transactions, selling the Boeing Oklahoma City campus for more than $124.7 million. In the previous two years, Mr. Tanenbaum has developed the 516-unit Liberty Creek Village in southeast Oklahoma City, a complete renovation of the Lincoln Hotel and Office complex, turned that into the 318-unit The Presley Apartments, simultaneously undergoing development of Britton Commerce Center, which saw over 560,000 SF of industrial space used by brands such as Kroger, Lowes, UPS, and GoFresh among others. His most recent expansion is purchasing the Robinson Renaissance, 1920s historic towers in the downtown area. All in addition to his work with the Convergence and revitalization of what will come to be the Innovation District.
