expertise in economic growth, infrastructure development, and politics from career positions with The Chickasaw Nation, the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a pioneer in Oklahoma City’s MAPS program. Devery has a bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and a Master of Public Administration from UCO. Devery is a Life Member of the Urban League of Greater OKC and an active Member for over 25 years of St. Luke’s Methodist Church. Devery is married to Karen Youngblood, and they enjoy an active life with kids and grandkids, friends, and travel.
