A healthy work/life balance We promote a healthy work /life balance for our employees by offering an array of benefits that support this. Our holiday entitlement is a generous 28 days – plus UK bank holidays – per calendar year, with the opportunity to purchase up to an additional five days leave should you wish to do so. This is complemented with lunchtime finishes every Friday for all our employees.
