TEAM NOTES

STRONGER FOR THE LONG HAUL FROM GARY SASSER

If there’s anything we can say about 2025 so far, it’s that the first part of the year has presented volatility and uncertainty, both in our industry and the economy. Whatever comes our way, I’m confident that we have the best people, the best plan and the best infrastructure. In the meantime, there are many ways we can move forward to a bright future. One is to control the things we can control . That means continuing to deliver outstanding service to our customers. We can also “work smarter, not harder” by staying focused on efficiencies and reducing waste. And we can take advantage of opportunities we have to ask customers for more shipments. Because of The Power of One , we're able to provide any creative and innovative solution they may need, which will strengthen our bill count and build density. Another reason we’re positioned for long-

term success is the infrastructure investments we’ve made, from new or enhanced facilities to top-of-the-line amenities for our associates. When the industry begins to emerge from these recent challenges, we’ll be ready for growth and able to meet that increased demand. All these actions have a long-term impact in the form of Profit Sharing . We share in the effort today, and we share in the reward for the future. Profit Sharing has stood the test of time for several decades, and it will continue to be something we can all count on. Thank you for your commitment to excellence. We’re a better team because of you, and I know we’ll be able to rise above every challenge and come out stronger for the long haul. T m
