ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES Associates can earn points through a variety of achievements and milestones, and those points can be redeemed for an endless variety of products, tools, experiences, and even special-order products. Our catalog is packed with thousands of items that associates can browse and redeem using their points. “It’s kind of like Amazon,” says ALAINA KING with our associate recognition team. “There’s so much to choose from and we’re always updating with new merchandise. In fact, items are frequently added based on associate feedback.” A SPECIAL ORDER JUST FOR YOU For those who can’t find exactly what they’re looking for, the Red Thinkin’ Rewards team can help source items from outside vendors. This is known as the Just for You order. BRADLEY MARTIN , a driver on our Dedicated Costco account, took advantage of this option to find hard-to-source tractor parts for his collection. “We were able to find those through an outside source and used his points to purchase them,” Alaina explains.
