MODULES The modules listed below will give you a taste of what you could study on our 3-year Media and Communication, BA (Hons) degree. Each degree offers varying modules. The full list of all compulsory and optional modules for your particular course can be found here: swansea.ac.uk/media-comms-journalism-pr MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION , BA (Hons) Modules for this course are broken down into 7 unique pathways; Media Culture, Digital Media, Journalism, Film, Sport, Public Relations and Creative Practice. Students can follow whichever pathway aligns to their interests and objectives, or they can choose a mix of modules from the pathways to acquire a variety of skills. You can study 80 credits or more of this course through the medium of Welsh. Each year of the course has dedicated Welsh language taught modules within each pathway. Year 1 (Level 4): 120 credits comprised of 6, 20 credit modules. You will study four compulsory modules in year 1. Two in Semester 1 and two in Semester 2.
