Contributory Pension
The organisation participates in the National Pension Scheme. The money is deducted from the employee’s salary each month and paid to the National Pension Scheme Authority. All salary deductions will be shown on each employee’s monthly statement of earnings (pay slip). Thus, employees will contribute 8% of their monthly emolument while AfriLabs would also contribute 10% to employees’ Retiree Savings Account of choice.

Description
AfriLabs recognizes the need for staff and their dependents to have access to a range of health care services under a managed care health insurance plan.
Health Insurance Cover
Every financial year - AfriLabs will provide each employee a health insurance cover including care for legal spouses and a maximum of two biological children will be managed by a Health Maintenance Organisation and premium paid for by AfriLabs. The areas covered and/or excluded as well as the level of the premium will be approved by the Chief Operating Officer. In a case where an employee wishes to bring in more than two biological children, the additional cost would be borne by the employee.
